between young researchers and help to establish and consolidate the network of scholars
currently undertaking research in South East Europe. Further objectives of the conference
are to overcome academic isolation, establish new collaborative links among disciplines, test
the ground for innovative ideas, and help ‘engage’ the wider academic community.
Aims and Objectives of the Conference
To provide a forum for doctoral students to present their research to a broad, multidisciplinary
audience.
Dissemination to increase visibility with regard to the research that is being currently
conducted in South East European (SEE) countries.
To strengthen links and collaboration with Universities and Research Institutes in SEE.
To provide young researchers with feedback on their ongoing research work.
To create and sustain the network of young researchers from SEE.
To consolidate ideas for further research.
Submission of Papers
The Conference is open to young researchers currently undertaking doctoral study, or in the
early years of their research career (up to 2 years following the award of their PhD degree).
